Yes, we do rent space to groups and organizations for meetings, events, and other celebrations! We strive to make our church space available and accessible especially to folks doing good work in our community that is in line with our organizational values. Our rates are very reasonable and we have a variety of spaces to offer, depending on your need.
A note on Accessibility
Please note that currently only our lower hall is accessible to mobility devices (enter through the white door facing Salsbury Drive). Our 2026 accessibility upgrades will include completely renovated bathrooms with accessible and universal stalls, as well as a platform lift to the upper (Sanctuary) floor.
main floor: lower hall & kitchen
Our large lower hall can accommodate all 11 of our large round tables (8-10 people per table), or around 115 people seated. With east and south-facing windows, there's great natural light, and easy access to the kitchen and bathrooms. There is a wall-mounted projector screen, large and small tables, and plenty of chairs for using in this space. AV equipment is not currently available.
Renovated in the early 2000s, our commercial kitchen includes three gas ovens and a gas range, as well as a large fridge and tons of counterspace. There is an optional service window between the kitchen and lower hall space. Not pictured is the dish room next door with the sanitizer. Please note that rentals of the kitchen for food preparation will be required to provide a Food Safe certificate for the person who will be operating the kitchen.
office corridor
Five steps down from the lower hall is our office corridor which holds several spaces that can be rented for smaller gatherings or in addition to your rental of the Lower Hall.
Our nursery is where you will find a change table and a couple different nursing chairs.
Our library has space for up to about eight people. This space is often booked as a quieter/low-sensory alternative option for lower hall rentals.
Our Wanderers classroom is often used by groups for a cozier/low sensory space. With pillows on the floor, this space can fit about ten children/youth comfortably.
Our Toddler classroom contains lots of toys and activities for children under 3, and can accommodate up to eight toddlers. Please note that we require adult supervision when renting this space.
Our largest classroom has an open format with a large comfy carpet in the middle. This space will often be rented for small group seminars, discussion groups, or board meetings. New for 2026: This room has a piano, and can be made available for music lesson rentals!
Soon to be available is a shared multi-work space. Do you work better out of your home, but not necessarily at the office? We may have a work space that will work for you!
upper floor: sanctuary & living room
You may be interested in booking our Sanctuary space for a larger gathering. Our sanctuary can accommodate about 215 people. Access to the AV system is limited. Please note that our baby-grand piano will be replaced with an upright piano later in 2026.
Our Living Room is behind the Sanctuary's stage and up a few more steps. This is a great cozy space for meetings, and can comfortably seat ten people.
basement
We also have a youth room in our basement! This room can be accessed from our 1st Avenue doors and is down several stairs. The couches are easily moved to the side, which makes this space very flexible depending on your needs. Karaoke night? Dance party? No problem! Situated below the Lower Hall, this space can easily accommodate fifteen people seated, and up to 30 standing.
